just a quick post to share a photo set on flickr. the remaining nestling is enjoying some of the cats,…better that than cats enjoying some of the nestlings! more on the story later but if you have a minute, look at some of the pics in their largest size. pretty cool. some of the cats have little moonlike markings on them. their little feet are like suction cups.

the little found bird nest has bits of indigo threads and fabric in it. it was in the neighbors yard.

here is my favorite pic- he is really giving survival all he’s got. he’s calling me again. time for more worms.

and just a thought for dad- thinking of you today. and all the men who step up to the role of dad, biological or not.
