Hi! I haven’t heard back from you yet as to whether you could maybe do a mini trunk show at my house. Let me know if this is a possibility. Kathy

I just wanted to let you know that I am studying Woven Shibori right now and came here as a resource, and your work is beautiful! I can’t wait till I can get a studio going and start to really get into the whole dying process. Your work is really an encouragement to artists!

Woven shibori is very intriguing to me. I don’t think I’ll ever be doing it myself but I sure do admire it! I look forward to seeing what you come up with once you get a studio going….

Hello,
I came across your blog when I was googling for information about shibori dyeing. I’m a dyer as well, I primarily work doing LWI and direct application dyeing. I haven’t actually done any shibori yet, but I am looking forward to getting some time to experiment soon.
Anyhow, I just wanted to say that I really love your work. I am intrigued by all the beautiful and complicated patterns.

Hi, I was hoping to receive more information regarding purchasing shibori pocket squares.
Thank U.

I’ve looked for your name here, but can’t find it. I am a shibori artist in Tempe, AZ, having taken classes with Carter Smith and other shibori artists, as well as being a batik artist, etc.
Who are you? I can’t find your name anywhere. Do you live in Long Beach? Your site is great – great photos, etc.
I met Yoshiko Wada last year at the Shibori Symposium at the Textile Center in Minneapolis and she complimented me on my shibori chiffon top I was wearing. I’d love to know who you are, etc. Thanks.

Glennys,
You lucky creature – THE dream trip of a lifetime. I have followed your blog and pics for a few years now. I too am very keen on all things shibori. I look forward to viewing your whole set of pics once you get them sorted and up. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. How were you able to arrange such a trip? Any chance another group will do something similar in the future? Costs? Until then, I will keep drooling and dreaming,
Chimo,
Jennifer
