I’ve been practicing darkness on moons lately.
tonight’s moon looks more like this though
it was more of an indigo day here despite the cold.
I just heard frost is to be expected on the beach to tonight- a rarity here.
I believe it though- my fingers are freezing and ready for some inside computer work tonight.

love the play of dark and light- caught the moon shinning through my lace curtains this am. took a pic
we all see the same moon, yet view it differently. it is common ground.

These dark moons are gorgeous!
The moon is common ground–ground we share in common–far, far away from the ground we stand upon, and, there’s really nothing common about it.
It’s the other, reflecting our sun, me reflecting you.
common ground as a common experience we can all have regardless of place.
