see on through to the other side

trans boro window covering-indigo

i like that you can see through it. sometimes transparent means that light can pass through and you can see on through to the other side, sometimes it means that something is invisible and unable to be seen. the choice is ours to define how we see things.

there are some new indigo packs in the shop- and moons too-twin moons…transparent moons.

  1. What a gorgeous window covering/dressing.

  2. I like when things are transparent – you can superimpose your own vision onto the work. That’s why I enjoyed working with silk organza so much back in the day.

Your new work is really beautiful. Loving the indigo…

Glennis, this is really beautiful. I have just ordered some of your indigo but what I would really like is a bolt of gorgeous indigo something – if only, dream on Robyn!
Anyway, I love your defintion of transparent, sometimes we can just be happy with the surface and then to go beyond that. Wonderful
